My 9to5 Style: Leopard Love x Jumpsuit Jonesin'

This is the first edition of My 9to5 Style and I'm super excited to share it with you! This segment of my blog will feature some of my everyday 9 to 5 looks! I wish blogging would pay my bills but it doesn't. I go to work just like everyone else but I'm here to tell you that Curvy Gals can be edgy in the workplace too! Other than being a corporate professional, my job is to inspire, encourage, and captivate you to be the best workplace Diva you can be! Today's look features a leopard print jumpsuit from Forever 21 Plus and a beautifully peach Lane Bryant blazer! Most of my attire is what I would call transitional. I can transition many of my looks from day to night! The jumpsuit is one of those looks and, when done tastefully, can look chic and appropriate for the workplace.

Try pairing your jumpsuit with a solid color blazer, a pop of color, and/or animal print! If the fabric of your jumpsuit is a little thin or the top is low cut (like mine), make it work appropriate by wearing a tank and some leggings underneath! Luckily for me, the animal print saved my rear! Many of the jumpsuit styles can also be fitting. I find that adding a blazer or jacket to any jumpsuit brings the professional level up a couple notches, particularly if you're working with c-suite professionals.

I absolutely love these vintage Fioni sandals!! They're perfectly subtle but the caged design gives me LIFE!! The heel is just the right height and amount of chunk. I can wear these puppies all day and not regret one step. My vintage belt helped break up the monotony of the print and cinched in my waist. I completed my look with some of my favorite New York & Co accessories!
