Jersey Shore Living

I must say the Jersey Shore is beautiful.  I used to watch Jersey Shore on MTV religiously so it was cool to be there in the thick of things.

I'm not really a beach person or a water baby so stepping out onto the boardwalk in some floral, strappy sandals isn't out of the norm for me.  Since I didn't wear a swimsuit I still decided to show a little belly and leg!!
  

 

I paired my chunky sandals with a golden hued tulip top and lacy shorts from Rainbow Shops.  The combo was very boho chic and perfect for a warm, summer evening.

 

To throw some color into the mix, I added a H&M cross body, clutch purse and printed headscarf.  I love a versatile strap purse that you can wear different ways depending upon the look you wish to achieve.  A printed headscarf is always a great option when you're looking to add some funk to your look.  

 





I stopped to get a beautiful Henna tattoo during a stroll in Central Park the day before.  I accentuated the beauty and design of my tattoo with silver and turquoise bronze bracelets from India and a elephant midi ring set I found on the Home app (powered by Wish).

Items from Wish typically take longer as they are shipped from overseas.  I don't mind waiting some extra time for a good, inexpensive piece (more to come about my Chinese Overhaul).   

 

I absolutely adore this color combo.  Neutral, earthy tones paired with colorful gem stones for a Boho Chic look are really in this summer season.  Don't be afraid to put your own spin on trendy looks!!
